Osman’s Chilli Bite Mix. 1. In a mixing bowl, add 130ml of cold water per 200g Osman’s Taj Mahal Chilli Bite Mix and mix thoroughly to form a thick batter 2. Heat enough oil in a deep pan for frying. Add a spoonful of batter at a time to hot oil and fry until golden brown. 3. Drain off excess oil and serve. Makes approximately 30.
