In terms of Carolina Reaper sauces, it’s not going to blast the roof of your mouth off when compared to some of the other sauces but don’t let that fool you it’s still hot! The Double Burn balanced perfectly it’s truly a delicious sauce! The heat and flavour profile is perfectly balanced and we really enjoy it! It’s no Carolina Reaper but it’s definitely got a kick!
